Refunds will be provided upon request and physical proof that the job requested was not completed or was lacking in quality or satisfaction.
Rain, snow, etc.
If something horrible to happen to your lovely now cleaned windows, such as rain, we will redo them. The rain or snow must have happened within 3 days of the actual cleaning to be eligible and contact must have also been made within that time frame.
